Pre - Owned Products
These products are backed by a 60-day 100% Parts and Labor Warranty from the date of the order. Any defects in parts will be rectified by Printree Inc., at no cost to the customer during this period.
Consumables such as toners, drum units, developers, and fusers are not covered under this warranty.

During the 10-day Examination Period after delivery, customers are welcome to assess their copier. If issues arise, contact Printree’s Customer Support for an exchange, including evidence of the issue. Printree covers return shipping for its errors, and will send a replacement with tracking information after inspecting the returned item.
