Speed & feature tier
Entry workgroup MFPs run lower than mid-range or production-class units. Speed (ppm), duty cycle, and finishing options drive equipment cost.
Color vs black-and-white
Color MFPs cost slightly more per page than B&W, but eliminate outsourced print spend for client-facing materials.
Monthly page volume

Term length
